Administrative Services Asst/UKHC
This position provides critically needed senior level administrative support to the Vice Chair for Administrative Affairs and clinical provider management. Responsibilities will include assistance with scheduling, correspondence, manuscript preparation, poster creation, and file maintenance. The successful applicant will have a high level of technical aptitude, independent decision making, discretion, and creativity involving matters of significance. The successful candidate will have advanced technical aptitude and experience with database creation and management.
There is opportunity for hybrid work following training/probation.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Microsoft Office Suite, office/clerical experience, technology experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Associate's degree plus three or more years of related experience is preferred. Proficiency with technology is essential.
