OVERVIEW The University of Kentucky is seeking a Student Affairs Support Associate to contribute to the success of Education Abroad & Exchanges programs. The role focuses on operations, administrative coordination, and customer service for students, faculty, staff, and campus partners engaged in education abroad opportunities. This position supports efficient program delivery through communication management, enrollment coordination, records processes, and financial support activities.
The position plays an important role in maintaining organized operations while helping deliver responsive service across multiple education initiatives. The work environment is collaborative and centered on supporting global learning experiences for students studying abroad.
- Provide operational and administrative support for Education Abroad & Exchanges programs
- Deliver front-line customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus partners
- Manage communications and inquiries related to education abroad programs
- Support student records processes and related administrative tasks
- Assist with program-related financial transactions
- Oversee a variety of administrative functions connected to program delivery
- Collaborate with campus partners to support efficient operations
- Help maintain a high level of service for global learning initiatives
