The University of Kentucky is seeking an Academic Coordinator/Data Analyst to join the College of Arts & Sciences Academic Scheduling team. This position plays a vital role in academic planning, course scheduling, enrollment management, and data analysis. The successful candidate will help ensure students have access to the courses they need while providing data-driven insights that support academic departments, enrollment planning, and college-wide decision-making.
WhatYou'll Do
Audit, maintain, and update course schedules within the university's SAP scheduling system.
Coordinate course scheduling activities and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and discrepancies.
Support course changes, instructor assignments, and approval workflows.
Analyze enrollment trends and prepare reports using Tableau, Excel, and other institutional tools.
Develop data-informed recommendations that support course planning, instructional capacity, and student success initiatives.
Monitor enrollment activity and assist with strategic enrollment planning efforts.
Support registration processes, course placement activities, and approved registration overrides.
Collaborate with academic departments, college leadership, and university partners to support scheduling and enrollment objectives.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree.
