Job SummaryThe College of Medicine Philanthropic Initiatives Team seeks an Administrative Services Assistant to be a vital partner in building philanthropic infrastructure for the college.
This position will report to the Senior Director and serve as an essential liaison between our team and our internal department, our budget officers, and our College of Medicine departments. Daily activities will include data management for fund utilization and graduate medical education initiatives, financial reconciliation, event logistics support, and promoting utilization efforts in the college.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to manage multiple different types of projects at once, be a consummate team player, and care about the mission of advancing academic healthcare in Kentucky.
