Credit Solutions is seeking a dependable and organized Client Services & Administrative Coordinator to support our Client's and Client Services team and help ensure accurate, timely, and efficient daily operations.
This is a hands‑on position that combines client service, administrative support, reporting, payment processing, reconciliation, account documentation, and coordination of daily activities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, working with data, solving problems, and providing dependable support to clients and team members.
A college degree is not required. We are more interested in your experience, work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily administrative activities within Client Services.
- Provide support for routine client and operational questions.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments.
- Assist with payment processing, cash posting, deposit reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Review reports and identify discrepancies or items requiring follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account information.
- Assist with client reporting and routine account management activities.
- Monitor assigned workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle account‑related documentation and correspondence associated with escalated accounts and client requests.
- Review account information and supporting documentation to prepare clear, accurate, and professional written responses to account escalations.
- Coordinate appropriate follow‑up on escalated account matters and ensure responses and documentation are completed within established timelines.
- Assist with new client setup, system updates, and implementation activities.
- Perform quality checks and audits to help maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with training and onboarding of team members as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, analyze information, and communicate results.
- Provide backup support for other Client Services functions as needed.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed information.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator.
