Job SummarySupport the Systems and Processes That Keep Students on Track
The University of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to support classroom scheduling, course management, and student records functions within the Office of the University Registrar.
This role helps ensure the accuracy of course and section information used by students, faculty, and staff while supporting scheduling operations and providing exceptional customer service to campus stakeholders.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and update course and section information within SAP to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Assist with schedule book preparation, review, editing, and publication support
- Process schedule changes and updates to maintain accurate student schedules
- Support course restriction management, including enrollment controls, prerequisites, and course notes
- Assist with data quality initiatives and records maintenance projects
- Provide support for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and event-related activities
- Serve as a resource for students, faculty, and staff by responding to questions via phone and email
- Provide backup support for room scheduling and assist with archived bulletin requests
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with administrative systems and databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Customer service mindset and commitment to supporting stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems such as SAP and Astra Schedule
- Associate’s degree
- 3 years of related experience
