Position Summary

- Regular updates on work progress will be maintained with supervisors.
- This position requires a foundation of technical knowledge to execute routine tasks, operate basic equipment, and analyze data as specified.
- Apply technical skills and follow policies to complete diverse tasks.
- Communicate research procedures and results clearly for reporting purposes.
- Perform semi-routine assignments, recognizing deviations from accepted practices.
- Train and guide less experienced staff as needed.
- Verify accuracy and applicability of project work, ensuring data reasonableness.
- Make limited recommendations based on findings.
- Conduct standard and non-standard tasks under supervision from experienced staff.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding work status.
- Operate basic equipment following established procedures.
- Perform routine analysis of data to support project objectives.
- Associate degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate standard equipment and follow established procedures.
- Basic understanding of applicable policies and practices.
- Strong communication skills to document and report research procedures and results.
- Demonstrated ability to perform routine data analysis.
- Ongoing pursuit of relevant certifications or continuing education.
- Experience guiding or mentoring less experienced team members.
- Familiarity with structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, or similar frameworks).
