What You’ll Be Doing- Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical concerns
- Accurately identify root causes of vehicle problems rather than simply replacing parts
- Use advanced diagnostic scan tools, testing equipment, and service information effectively
- Interpret diagnostic trouble codes, wiring diagrams, test results, and vehicle data
- Perform accurate repairs based on diagnostic findings
- Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
- Help support other technicians with difficult diagnostic concerns when needed

- 5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience
- Strong experience diagnosing complex automotive problems
- Ability to accurately diagnose electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and testing procedures
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pride in performing accurate, quality repairs
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Own professional tools and toolbox required
- Automotive certifications or formal training preferred
