🎯 The Role
The Sales Administrator is a support-focused role designed to help Sky’s sales and revenue teams stay organized, prepared, and on track.
This position supports sales leadership and the broader sales organization by assisting with coordination, follow-up, documentation, scheduling, and CRM upkeep. While this role will interact with many parts of the sales operation, it is not responsible for owning sales strategy, forecasting, or system design. Instead, success comes from ensuring processes are followed, information is accurate, and tasks move forward.
This role is well-suited for someone early in their career or someone seeking a stable, collaborative support role who enjoys organization, structure, and helping teams run efficiently.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the CRO and VP of Sales Operations
- Assist with preparing weekly sales reports, pipeline summaries, and internal meeting materials
- Track follow-ups, action items, and recurring tasks to help ensure timely execution
- Help coordinate communication across sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Assist with maintaining accurate CRM data (Hub Spot), including opportunities, notes, next steps, and close dates
- Support basic reporting, data cleanup, and documentation as directed by sales leadership
- Help ensure sales processes are followed and recorded consistently
This role supports CRM and sales operations—it does not require prior experience owning or designing sales systems.
Meetings, Scheduling & Documentation
- Assist with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics
- Help organize weekly sales meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up summaries
- Prepare templates, internal documents, and basic process guides
Onboarding & General Administrative Support
- Assist with onboarding new sales team members by helping coordinate access to tools, documents, and training materials
- Provide general administrative support on sales and revenue-related projects
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned by sales leadership
📋 Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort working with basic spreadsheets and documents (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Willingness to learn CRM and internal systems (Hub Spot experience is a plus, not required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance and direction
- Dependable, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a team
