This is a full‑time on‑site position as a Junior Lead Generation Consultant at ACE Consulting Company, Inc., located in Merritt Island, FL. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads through research, and maintaining a database of prospects. The role also consists of drafting outreach communications, coordinating follow‑ups with prospective clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure business development goals are met.

• Strong skills in Lead Generation, Sales Prospecting, and Market Research
• Ability to create effective Communication Strategies and draft engaging Outreach Materials
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Data Entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent verbal and written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Experience in federal or commercial projects is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
