dormakaba is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a hybrid role based in Lexington, KY. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing the efficiency, productivity, and performance of the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline processes, improve data integrity, enhance forecasting accuracy, and enable the sales team with the tools, insights, and resources needed to achieve revenue goals.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:
Base Salary $70,000 - $80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do
  • Support annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design, quota allocation, and capacity modeling
  • Build, document, and refine scalable sales workflows that reduce friction and improve rep productivity
  • Maintain and improve CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and governance
  • Own the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of sales technologies (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
  • Partner with Marketing to align inbound/outbound processes and lead-handling procedures
What we require
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, manufacturing, or enterprise sales environment (customize as needed)
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures, territory planning, or forecasting models
  • Background working with automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Outreach, Sales Loft, Zapier)
