Position Summary:
As the Clinic Operations Director at Fastest Labs of Lexington, you’ll run the daily operations of the clinic, serving customers, and ensuring compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and delivering the Fastest Labs experience. It is a dynamic, multi‑faceted position involving customer service, data entry, and clinical specimen collection, ensuring the clinic is always customer‑ready, compliant, and operating efficiently.
You will be trained to assist clients in person and over the phone, perform drug, alcohol and DNA testing, and help ensure the office runs smoothly. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Work Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends required, but opportunity for extra income if interested in onsite collections outside of business hours)
Manage Operations & Compliance:
- Manage daily clinic operations in alignment with Fastest Labs standards, policies, and industry regulations
- Perform test administration, manage customer flow and the administrative processes
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, professional, and audit‑ready at all times
- Monitor compliance with all applicable laws, DOT requirements, and internal procedures
- Review and improve workflows to increase efficiency and consistency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and client representatives
- Manage customer agreements and ongoing service relationships
- Track customer feedback and elevate issues as needed
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and record‑keeping
- Perform required Quick Books data entry and support basic financial reporting
- Partner with management to support operational reporting and performance tracking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Quick Books or similar financial systems preferred
- Experience managing operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment is preferred
- Background in customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms is helpful
- Strong communication skills: able to speak and hear clearly on the phone, read and write in English effectively, and compile call results.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office tasks.
- Comfort working with biological specimens and cleaning supplies.
