Behavioral Health Clinic Manager

General Duties

• Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients.
• Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies/procedures and evaluates mechanisms to ensure consistency with regulatory laws and standards.
• Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
• Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets, goals and objectives.
• Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Five years of supervisory experience.

• Formally supervises employees (Yes).

Light physical requirements:
