The University of Kentucky Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (UKPAE) is seeking a passionate Data and Technology Specialist with a knack for transforming raw data into actionable insights. This position will spearhead the management and analysis of critical data sets, leveraging expertise to drive informed decision-making processes. The incumbent will also manage the production of key reporting for the Alumni Association and partner with reporting processes in UKPAE Data Management, Analytics and Reporting.
Additionally, this position will take the lead in overseeing event technology, utilizing innovative solutions to elevate our engagement with alumni, donors and other stakeholders.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members and partners.
- Understanding of higher education.
- Knowledge in database tools, Microsoft office products.
- Demonstrated connection or familiarity with the University of Kentucky.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in technology, data or in a closely related field.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- The ability to work effectively with people as partners and team members.
