Senior Specialist – Operational Excellence

• Lead deployment of improvement projects aligned with NBS Next initiatives
• Engage with all functions and organizational levels to teach, develop, and provide hands-on coaching
• Mentor employees in identifying and eliminating waste
• Serve as the conduit between the business and IT
• Develop, validate, and deploy related reports, tools, and process improvements
• Develop, train, and coach employees in Continuous Improvement fundamentals
• Compile data, manage databases, ensure data integrity, build reports, and improve information metrics and data reporting
• Define, execute, and lead short- and long-term Continuous Improvement strategy for IC S Business NBS standardization and global best-practice sharing
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and problem-solving projects with business functions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost, as well as commercial and engineering functions
• Maintain the project pipeline supporting divisional strategic business initiatives
• Travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant degree is preferred; 12 years of relevant experience is required in lieu of a degree
• 8–12 years of SAP experience preferred, particularly in Engineering Change Management, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning, and Shop Floor Control
• 4–6 years of progressive Continuous Improvement experience demonstrating business acumen, leadership, and ability to drive results
• Change management/transformational experience required
• Proficiency in Lean thinking applied in operations and transactional environments
• Experience leading process mapping sessions via SIPOC or comparable processes
• Experience building and tracking projects with a detailed project plan
• Mastery of complex data analytics
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP
• Ability to think creatively and analytically
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead initiatives collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated effective execution of concurrent projects and ability to multitask
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in an office and manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally

Proficient in data analytics and project management, with a strong ability to mentor and coach employees across various organizational levels.
