• Lead and manage a team of 10 inspectors and technicians within the Quality department
• Serve as a floor-oriented problem solver, driving hands‑on resolution of quality issues
• Train and develop staff in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes
• Implement and oversee 8D's and 5Y's problem‑solving frameworks across the team
• Participate in and support internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Function as a succession plan candidate for upward leadership within the business

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BS Eng) required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills with demonstrated expertise in corrective actions
