Job Summary
The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment Business Center is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Administrative & Business Services Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting business operations, strengthening services, and helping advance innovative and efficient processes across the College.
About the RoleThe Administrative & Business Services Coordinator will support a diverse range of business operations, including financial and budget management, training and professional development, HR team initiatives and events, and efficient office administration. This role will also play an important part in advancing continuous improvement efforts, working collaboratively with Business Analysts and the HR Team to develop and deliver training, strengthen processes, and identify innovative opportunities to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of services provided to faculty and staff.
