Duty Aide

Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicants for a Duty Aide position at Harmon Middle School. This is a 3.5-hour per day position, 186 day contract.

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• Interest in working with children
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Ability to maintain supervision of a small/large group situation and be able to quickly respond to student needs
• Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to succeed
• Must be respectful and work collaboratively with peers
• Must be dependable and exhibit a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to maintain and respect confidential information and situations
• Must work well with students, staff and parents of diverse populations
