A boutique General Contractor is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field execution on CM at Risk commercial construction projects. Projects include higher education and light healthcare work, with a mix of renovations and select ground up builds.

- Core markets include higher education and healthcare institutions
- Project sizes typically $3M to $10M with larger projects up to $60M plus
- Established financial stability with no debt and strong bonding capacity
- Steady growth pipeline with expanding annual revenue projections
- Lead daily field operations from project start through closeout
- Oversee jobsite safety, schedule adherence, and quality control
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, and field stakeholders
- Serve as primary on site leader responsible for execution outcomes
- 5 plus years commercial construction experience
- 2 plus years in superintendent or field leadership role
- Experience in CM at Risk or negotiated project delivery preferred
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience managing multiple trades in active jobsite environments
- Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
