Compensation:40-48 USD per hour, 40 hours per week + OT and weekend work as needed

🦺 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, testing agencies, and schedule milestones on major construction projects.
🔹 Conduct on-site inspections to ensure full compliance with safety and construction plans.
🔹 Administer contracts, review changes, and coordinate RFIs and CCRs.
🔹 Work hands-on with construction teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
🔹 Coordinate project communication across owner, contractors, and A/E firms.
🔹 Manage weekend and shutdown work plans in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
🔹 Review drawings, monitor installations, and ensure all specifications are met.
🔹 Deliver regular project updates and status reports to leadership.

⚡ What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
✔️ 10+ years of industrial construction experience, ideally in greenfield/brownfield building projects.
✔️ In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
✔️ Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
✔️ Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
✔️ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔️

Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔️ Automotive building experience (utilities, earthworks, structural steel, MEP, building handover) is a major plus.
