WhatYou’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee plumbing and HVAC construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and teams while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction across multiple mechanical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple full mechanical construction projects of various sizes.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.
- Collaborate with field supervisors to plan and organize project work.
- Review and manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate purchasing of materials, equipment, and subcontracts.
- Prepare progress billings and review subcontractor payment applications.
- Ensure jobsite safety standards and company policies are met.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and design teams on design-build projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented professionals who can lead teams and deliver successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing full mechanical construction projects.
- Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred (experience may substitute for education).
- Experience with large commercial and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk software.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building automation systems.
- Experience with design-build construction.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines.
