Field Technician Coatings Inspector

Dixon Engineering is hiring Field Technicians/Inspectors to join our team! This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with some construction experience who are eager to learn and grow in the coating and engineering industry.

• Conduct coating inspections on construction projects.
• Complete field inspection reports.
• Assist with on‑site testing using specialized equipment.
• Work with a supportive engineering team.
• Use testing tools to inspect the project at different stages, approve quality work, document issues, and write daily inspection reports.
• Keep accurate records, including photos, to support inspections.
• Enforce safety practices to maintain a secure job site.

• Entry‑level with some construction experience.
• Ability to work at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety‑conscious mindset.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and handle conflicts professionally.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills for reporting.

$22 - $34 per hour.
