What You'll DoAs a Superintendent, you'll lead crews performing pipeline rehabilitation projects that help restore aging infrastructure across the country.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate field crews engaged in all phases of pipe rehabilitation projects.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and regulations.

Ensure construction activities are completed according to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Partner closely with project management and operations teams to drive project success.

Ensure field activities are performed in accordance with written work instructions and established procedures.

Track crew production, labor hours, and project progress to support scheduling and workflow efficiency.

Manage labor utilization and productivity to meet project and budget goals.

Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development among crew members.

What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of supervisory experience in construction or related industries.
3+ years of heavy construction experience with the ability to operate machinery.

CDL Class A or B required (or ability to obtain where applicable).Experience in CIPP or underground utility construction is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude required.

Electrical experience and knowledge of traffic control plans are highly desirable.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, project managers, and field crews.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 90% overnight travel, including some weekends).

Physical Requirements Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch.

Use hands to handle tools, controls, and materials.

Ability to communicate effectively, including hearing without visual cues.

Lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

Ability to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
