LABORERS
Duties and responsibilities include general construction site labor, mixing and pumping grout, cement work, operating handheld rock drills, slope work, and operating pneumatic and hydraulic rock drills with top hammers and down-handle hammers as well as wagon drilling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, work on steep slopes in a rope‑access harness for extended periods, travel throughout the United States, be reliable, follow direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits.
The ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required.
Duties and responsibilities include rock scaling, and although SPRAT or IRATA certification is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, work on steep slopes in a rope‑access harness, travel throughout the United States, be reliable, and demonstrate safe work habits. Previous project site management experience, knowledge of slope stabilization work, excellent communication skills, organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work well with others—including owner representatives—are required.
