Sr. Project Manager
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will guide and support project managers and team leads, enforce company and project rules, and maintain strong communication with clients. You will ensure that projects are built according to plans and contracts, manage the project budget and financial updates, and keep the schedule current with input from team and subcontractors. You will work in line with company values, ethics, and goals, represent the company to build relationships and find new business, lead and motivate the project team, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, oversee daily safety practices on site, review new project leads, help with estimating, and maintain ongoing coordination with subcontractors while supervising self-performed work.

- Supervise self-performed work.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial construction.
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market.
- Fundamental understanding of managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, self-performed work, and safety.
- Experience managing diverse projects ranging from $5K to $20 million.
- Full life cycle project management knowledge (from estimating through completion).
The work environment involves an even split between office and onsite work, with no travel required for Project Managers. The role is focused on local projects across various sectors, including automotive, distilleries, commercial, and healthcare. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr. 401K, Dental, Vision, Health
