A bit about us
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in the Lexington area. This role is responsible for the day-to-day on-site management of projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary field representative for the General Contractor.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction at the GC level
- Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and complex schedules
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
