Copywriter

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is seeking a talented Performance Copywriter to join our team. As a leading consulting engineering firm, we are committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. As a Performance Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal by crafting compelling and effective copy that showcases our expertise and drives results.

• Develop and write engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, emails, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand and business objectives
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform copywriting strategies
• Edit and proofread all copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise messaging
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards for copywriting and continuously improve our messaging and communication efforts
• Support the development of proposals and presentations by providing compelling and persuasive copy
• Assist with other marketing and communication projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and compelling messaging
• Strong research skills and ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources
• Understanding of SEO best practices and experience writing for digital platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with project management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for sustainability and the built environment is a plus
