Overview

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring for Full-Time Spa Concierge (30+ hours) and Part-Time Spa Concierge (20-30 hours per week). This position entails an in-depth training program and a 90 day probationary period. Our immediate need is evenings and Saturdays. • Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments - customized to their needs
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Introduces the guest to the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, a tour of our changing lounge and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remains educated on all products offered by our spa. A strong sales position to ensure products at the recommendation of the Spa Professionals have been explained and followed up with the closing of the sale
• Inviting the guests to re-schedule their reservations for their next visit to aid in building retention of the business
• Serves as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”
