Position OverviewWe are looking for a sharp, reliable, people-person to run our inbound leads and appointment scheduling.
This is one of the most important positions in our company. You are the person who makes sure customers get taken care of and appointments get scheduled.
If you are organized, outgoing, and good on the phone, you can do very well here.
This is NOT an office manager job. This is NOT a receptionist job.
Lead Management & Appointment SettingAnswer calls. Respond to leads. Build trust. Set appointments. Keep things organized.

- Answer incoming homeowner calls
- Respond to online inquiries quickly
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with unscheduled leads
- Revisit past estimates
- Keep the CRM clean and organized
- Make sure no lead gets ignored
- Enjoy talking to people
- Are confident on the phone

You do NOT need insulation experience.
You do NOT need prior CRM experience.
