Full-time Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) – join the team to provide top‑tier administrative and customer service support at Pet Vet Care Centers.

Position Overview

As a Care Coordinator, you will perform a range of administrative and customer service tasks to support the hospital. Your role aligns with Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, and Client Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and during high‑stress situations.
  • Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments.
  • Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being.
  • Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products.
  • Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
  • Support retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain records.
  • Reconcile cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions.
Qualifications (Required)
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in an emergency veterinary clinic.
Schedule

Swing shift, weekend shifts, and rotating weekdays.

Pay Range

$15 – $17 USD
