Shift & AvailabilityOffice hours:
Monday – Friday may be available based on office needs. Athletic Events:
Weeknights and weekend events requiring attendance at all home football games and selected athletic events for all 7 other UK Athletic ticketed sports throughout the season.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person at the ticket office. Answer customer inquiries and process ticket sales via phone, mail, and walk‑up orders. Responsible for daily reconciliation of ticket sales and payments. Other assignments may include but are not limited to mobile ticket help zones, compliance pass entrance, will call distribution and scanning operations. Perform other tasks as assigned by Ticket Office staff.
Skills/ Knowledge / Abilities
Experience in a customer service position, both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word/Excel). Dependable, punctual, effective communication and problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail. Customer‑friendly personality and positive image of the University and the Athletics Department to fans, donors, staff, students, alumni, and other groups. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
