Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time – Lexington, KY
Your role as an Account Representative on the State Farm Agent Team involves building lasting relationships with customers, providing information about insurance products and services, assisting with policy applications and renewals, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
