Customer Service Representative (Henderson, CO)

Monday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (in office). Pay $28.00–$30.00 per hour. Final date to receive applications:

• Take inbound calls to field customer concerns and questions, focusing on processing and researching customer orders using our SAP computer system.
• Make outbound calls to proactively receive orders and provide research on order progress.
• Research and resolve customer issues, working closely with other departments to provide complete solutions.
• Use product knowledge, customer service tools, and sales skills to effectively service each customer in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to key accounts.
• Develop knowledge and support the sale of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment.
• Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to complete tasks.
• Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard goods.

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities with a follow‑up to completion focus.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to occasionally lift 25–80 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally work overtime.

• Sales or customer service experience with welding equipment and processes.
• Some experience handling compressed gases.
