Customer Service Representative (Henderson, CO)

OverviewMonday - Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (in office). Pay $28.00–$30.00 per hour. Final date to receive applications:

- Take inbound calls to field customer concerns and questions, focusing on processing and researching customer orders using our SAP computer system.
- Make outbound calls to proactively receive orders and provide research on order progress.
- Research and resolve customer issues, working closely with other departments to provide complete solutions.
- Use product knowledge, customer service tools, and sales skills to effectively service each customer in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to key accounts.
- Develop knowledge and support the sale of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment.
- Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to complete tasks.
- Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard goods.
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities with a follow‑up to completion focus.
- Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25–80 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally work overtime.
- Sales or customer service experience with welding equipment and processes.
- Some experience handling compressed gases.
