DSV is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the USA Henderson site. The CSR will input and process customer orders, run shipments from the WMS, and prepare all required shipping and receiving paperwork.
You will liaise with warehouse teams and customers to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure accurate invoicing and credits as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience.
