In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This is a full‑time, in‑store position with required flexibility to work a retail schedule.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible retail hours
- Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies
- Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk on showroom floor, sit and perform computer‑based work at a desk, speak clearly on phone and use standard office equipment
