Office Coordinator, Rehab Services

Overview

The Office Coordinator supports the Baptist Health Rehab Services team with clerical and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and safe patient care.

• Manage multi‑line phone system and answer calls within 3 rings.
• Complete monthly statistical reports for management.
• Monitor and clear referral work queue daily.
• Handle co‑payment collections, logging payments, issuing receipts, and depositing daily at cashier’s office.
• Prepare treatment rooms and areas (clean linens, equipment, and modalities).
• Provide clerical support for the rehab service team to enable overall function.

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year related experience in a medical or office setting.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: medical office experience.
