Position: Member Care Advocate I - Call Center Specialist

Care Source is seeking a Customer Care Specialist I to assist members/beneficiaries or providers with routine service inquiries, including claims processing and benefit education.

You will research and resolve open issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support new hires while upholding HIPAA and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced call center environment.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team are essential.
