SCANA Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to champion the IGS energy brand in the Solutions Center. You will educate customers on our sustainable energy products, build connections, and deliver exceptional service with every interaction.
Flexible schedule includes Monday–Friday 11:00am–8:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am–3:00pm. You will educate on all IGS products, navigate systems to resolve inquiries, and strive to exceed performance metrics, sales goals, and service levels
