Cross Functional Service Center Specialist (CFSCS)
The CFSCS is a key member of the Service Center team, supporting the day‑to‑day needs of the Center, ensuring service orders are completed on time and meet company servicing and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process and analyze service orders, guiding workflow to meet daily service levels and provide frequent updates to management.
- Secure merchandise and stage orders for movement through the department.
- Manage Service Center parts inventory, perform cycle counts as required, and resolve inventory issues.
- Act as liaison to the Repair Services technical staff and the TSC US, troubleshooting service issues and responding to internal client inquiries within established time frames.
- Advise on process improvements, capacity, client services, and merchandise quality.
- Partner with management on projects as needed.
- Analyze and systematically process service orders, including order logging, prioritization, communication, materials supply, washout, quality assurance, and shipment preparation.
- Provide ideas for improvement and advise management on areas of concern regarding processing, work capacity, client services, and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to multi‑task and adapt to shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving ability and good judgment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Motivated, with desire to learn and drive favorable change.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Two years of experience in an operational, business, or technical environment.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Experience in machine engraving and/or embossing or related field.
- Inventory management knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tiffany Co. computer systems (Repair System, Oracle JD‑Edwards, AS 400, etc.).
- Graduate Gemologist preferred.
