Our client in Greece is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing team supporting customers in the financial services and fintech sector.

About the Role:

You'll be supporting customers of leading financial services, digital payment, and online banking companies. As the first point of contact, you'll help customers with inquiries, provide guidance on services and solutions, and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer and client requests
  • Providing support and guidance on financial products and services
  • Assisting customers with account, payment, and service-related questions
  • Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
  • Promoting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and product adoption
  • Working closely with a high-performing international team
  • Contributing to both individual and team performance goals
What You Need:
  • Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in digital banking, fintech, and payment solutions
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
  • A positive attitude and strong sense of ownership
