** PBX Operator/Desk Part-Time, Days
Job Description:
* Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner.
* Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year customer service experience
