Our client is recruiting for German speaking Product Support Advisers in Athens for their

Luxurious Jewelry Brand project!

As a jewelry ambassador, you will:

• Provide professional customer service solutions over the phone, live chat and emails
• Answer and solve eCommerce client’s requests
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e., order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
• Inform customers about new offers and products
• Guarantee client’s satisfaction and high level of quality
• Ensure and participate in the success of the department

For this role, the Company is looking for professional and friendly individuals with empathy and the ability to multitask.

• You are a native German speaker with excellent English
• You are customer and quality oriented
• You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
• You are punctual, reliable and flexible
• You enjoy working in a multicultural environment, along with people from all over the world

• A full-time job, 40 hours a week
