OverviewThe Parking Ambassador serves as the frontline representative for parking operations, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized parking experiences for guests, tenants, and visitors. This role is highly visible and customer-facing, requiring a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs.
Responsibilities- Provide courteous, professional customer service to guests, tenants, and visitors.
- Assist patrons with parking-related needs and answer questions about parking procedures.
- Maintain safe and organized parking operations and ensure clear signage and directions.
- Represent the organization in a positive, professional manner in all interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance suitable for a front-facing role.
- Ability to assist patrons with parking-related needs and provide accurate information.
- Experience in front-line customer service is preferred.
