Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer service requirements including answering incoming phone calls, placing outbound phone calls, directing person to person window transactions, and occasional email correspondence. Percentage of time 50
  • Assist ticket office staff with ticket allocation, distribution, fulfillment, and mailing. Percentage of time 20
  • Special project assistance as needed by full time Ticket Office staff. Percentage of time 20
  • Assist with training of volunteer and student employees. Involves proficiency in Paciolan, Stub Hub, Microsoft Office for training purposes. Percentage of time 10
Position Details

Position Information Classification Title Temporary Office/Clerical FLSA Non-Exempt UGA Job Code FTE .475 Minimum Qualifications Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers in person at the Butts-Mehre ticket window, and occasional email correspondence with current and prospective ticket buyers. Assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations with various projects including, but not limited to, season and single game ticket allocations, fulfilling ticket requests, and mailing ticket orders.

Additional responsibilities will include Paciolan ticketing system proficiency, customer record confidentiality, familiarity with athletic venues and parking regulations, and Stub Hub integration support.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position Depending on departmental requirements, high school diploma or equivalent may be required.
