What We Need
We are hiring for multiple Customer Service & Call Center Opportunities at our onsite Lexington, KY location. These roles support our customers through a variety of customer service, reservation coordination, travel support, and account service functions. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include assisting customers by phone and email, coordinating hotel reservations, researching solutions, resolving inquiries, updating account information, and navigating multiple computer systems in a fast-paced environment.
We're seeking customer-focused professionals with strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.
Customer Service & Call Center Opportunities
Corpay is hiring for a variety of Customer Service & Call Center Opportunities at our Lexington, KY office. Our teams support customers through reservation coordination, travel support, account management, client service, and operational support. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on the position and experience starting at $14.90-$16.35 an hour.
What You Can Expect
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls and email communication
Assisting customers with reservations, travel support, account inquiries, and service requests
Researching information and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Accurately entering and updating customer information across multiple systems
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience
Prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Participating in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service, call center, hospitality, administrative, or client support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new technology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
