Part‑Time Dentist Job Opportunity Description

School Smiles On‑Site Dental is currently seeking a Part‑Time General Dentist to join our growing KY team! This Part‑Time position is 2 days per week with a working Monday and Tuesday. The approximate hours are from 7:00am to 3:00pm
. This position is based out of the Lexington, KY area and offers portable dental services to children at local schools. All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided. This opportunity would be a great fit for a dentist seeking a low‑stress, non‑private-practice setting. A $4,000 sign‑on bonus is available.

• 32% of billed production for days working in schools
• Travel reimbursement; no weekend or evening hours

• Active Kentucky Dental License and current CPR for Healthcare Providers required (malpractice provided by MAH)

• Conduct initial screenings
• Conduct comprehensive oral exams
• Establish treatment plans
• Fluoride treatments
• Sealants
• Prophylaxis (Proph)
• Fillings
• Simple extractions

• Proficiency in all of the areas listed above
• Current Kentucky Dental License
• Must be Medicaid certified or willing to become certified
• Willingness to travel within a 2‑hour radius
