This is a
full-time position
with working hours on Tuesday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.

We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic organization.

Wages for this position range from$18 to $25 per hour, based on experience, knowledge and quality of work
. (Working interview will determine starting salary). A 90-day evaluation and yearly performance reviews as well. Bonuses are also offered monthly for meeting practice goals.

As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant at Justice Dental (Blazer), you will play a vital role in assisting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our fast-paced practice.

• Perform chair-side assistance during dental procedures
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with front office tasks as needed
• Placing composite restorations, impressions, CT Scans
• Charting in Dentrix

• Education
  - High School diploma/GED/ Certificate for EDDA
• Excellent organization/ communication skills/computer skills
• Proven experience as dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized
