Interior Design Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Design Specialist at our Lexington, KY location. The Interior Design Specialist will work closely with clients to provide expert design consultations, create aesthetically pleasing spaces through effective space planning, and recommend furniture and decor selections. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, offering tailored design solutions to meet individual client needs, and ensuring satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of service and product knowledge.

• Expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and visually appealing spaces that align with client preferences
• In-depth knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) to recommend and select quality pieces for interior spaces
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members, as well as to present design concepts professionally
• Ability to stay updated with design trends and proficiency in design software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or design environments is a plus
