Designer II – Digital Designer
Location:
On‑site (5 days a week). From Monday to Thursday onsite;
Fridays offered flex work location.
- Produces designs and documentation utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems.
- Documentation of parts and bills of materials.
- Develop a good working knowledge and familiarity of design and drafting standard practices, methods, and processes.
- Work from oral engineering instructions or written procedures, schematics, drawings, and sketches.
- Ability to lead small segments of large projects with responsibility for completion of assignments. Exercise sound judgment in recognition of potential design problems. Detects and corrects own errors.
- Maintains competency level of computer‑aided graphic system and other applications through company‑provided training and materials.
- Must be customer driven, innovative and quality‑minded in performance of all assigned duties.
- Develop and exercise good communication skills.
- Maintains awareness and adheres to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- May be required to travel to various locations to support products or train other personnel.
- Receives generalized information and instruction pertaining to assignment from engineers or senior staff. Work direction, content and accuracy reviewed by engineers or senior department members.
- 4+ years of experience using computer‑aided graphic solutions in lieu of a degree or an associate’s degree (AA).
- Experience in Solid Works, Creo, Inventor, or Pro Engineer.
- CAD, AutoCAD.
Annual Base Salary Range: $49,400.00 – $69,755.00 (Exception Hourly). Incentive Eligible:
