Student Media Assistant

- Sitting or standing for long periods of time; push or carry items up to 25 lbs; regular use of a computer and media technology

Shift
- Up to 20 hours per week. The Media Depot is open M-F 8am-5pm.

Job Summary

Providing in-person, online and phone support for media and technology services supported by Distance Learning, including:
Audio/Video topics Media Support Other course technologies Production support for audio and video studio recordings Other special projects including: captioning support Studio recording and support Photography

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• MS Office
• Google Drive/Docs
• NLE Software such as FCPX or Adobe Premier
• Audio editing software
• Video and photo camera experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer and Internet proficiency
• Mac and Windows experience
